All donations are deposited into Nanjing Agricultural University Education Development Foundation. The foundation provides donation receipts in accordance with national standards to donors.

The donated funds will be managed specially by foundation according to the donation agreement. If necessary, the foundation can set up special account for its specified purpose and conduct independent accounting.

Donations for definitive purposes are used in accordance with the donation agreement or the donor's wishes; Nonfinite donation is used comprehensively by the foundation according to project requirements.

The endowment donation will be carried out investment operation in accordance with the fund operation and management regulations by Nanjing Agricultural University Education Development Foundation and its income is used or classified as principal according to the agreement.

The implementation of fund projects shall be organized and implemented by the relevant functional departments of Nanjing Agricultural University together with Education Development Foundation in accordance with the endowment agreement, relevant management regulations.
